Monday 10:45am-11:45am -  Beginner's Pilates - £8 PAYG or a class pass £40 for 6 classes. 

Beginner's Pilates will teach you how to activate your core muscles and set the foundations to create strength, control and stability throughout the whole body. Any fitness level can benefit from Beginner's Pilates. A mat will be required.

Tuesday 6pm-7pm and Thursday 9:30am-10:30am - Zumba -  £6 PAYG or a class pass of £30 for 6 classes.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout — and it's all about having fun. In other words 'Exercise in disguise!' Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning. Boosts your heart health. You not only get aerobic benefits (it really gets your heart rate up), you also get anaerobic benefits – the kind that help you maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system.

Friday 10:40am-11:30am - Core Conditioning - £8 PAYG or a class pass £40 for 6 classes. 

This class hits every box regarding your fitness goals with the emphasis around mobility, balance and core strengthening whilst pushing your cardiovascular fitness with adaptations to cater for everyone. A dumbell/hand weight is required and a mat for floor work. (There are some dumbells in the hall to use.)
